Our services for Cape Verde
Discover the unique services of Education Without Borders, through which we support and strengthen Cape Verde. From sports development programs to cultural exchanges, we are committed to a better future through education and climate impact.

Sports for development
In Phase 1, we create stable economic and cultural ties between Europe and Cape Verde through sports. We will organize annual youth football tournaments led by volunteers and featuring FIFA scouts. We will also expand scholarship opportunities for promising athletes from disadvantaged communities.

Rejuvenation playgrounds
In Phase 2, we're building safe, inclusive playgrounds for children on all 10 islands of Cape Verde. We're integrating environmental education and physical health into the design of the recreational areas, allowing children to learn and exercise through play.

Community centers
In Phase 3, we are developing multifunctional centers for education, access to healthcare, arts, and skills training. These centers will serve as diplomatic hubs for diaspora engagement and local development, strengthening communities.

Cultural diplomacy
In Phase 4, we organize exchange programs, art festivals, and storytelling initiatives to promote Cape Verdean culture worldwide. We facilitate dialogue between diverse belief systems and practices, fostering cultural understanding and collaboration.

Climate & migration solutions
In Phase 5, we collaborate with sustainability organizations to address climate resilience. We are working with Stakeholders to clean up sea and ocean plastic. We advocate for humane, informed, and voluntary emigration frameworks to reduce the impact of climate change on migration.
Ocean Plastic - Earth's Problem
Plastic pollution is an increasing global problem and is particularly affecting the Cape Verde islands. Every day, large quantities of ocean plastic wash up on the beaches, with disastrous consequences for the environment, public health, tourism, and the local economy.
According to various studies, Cape Verde is among the regions most severely affected by this type of pollution
Our Solution: Clean it UP!
- Daily beach clean-ups by local residents and international volunteers.
- Collaboration with local stakeholders for recycling and processing ocean plastic.
- Recording personal stories of Cape Verdean women to preserve cultural heritage.
- Organizing sports and educational activities for children, with a focus on environmental awareness.
- Public campaigns to increase awareness within local communities.
